Our products are mainly assembled using Chip-On-Board (COB) and System-In-Package (SiP) construction.

Our principle standard products are divided into the following groups:

• Sensors
• DC-DC converters;
• Micromodules on ARM and DSP microcontrollers;
• DC motor control micromodules;
• Mixed volatile and non-volatile memory systems – E.g. DRAM, SRAM, Flash,

Our products are intended for use in industrial environments which require higher reliability either due to self-generated stress in the system e.g. power conversion modules or regular exposure to harsh ambient temperatures.

Our typical program support life ranges from 5-15 years with a typical 5 year ramp cycle from prototype development.  We are able to support longer term projects by storing all required components in long term nitrogen storage systems.
